FAQ's
Will my contact information be sold to third parties?
No. I will only use your information if I need to contact you in regard to your order or for the occasional update on my website. If you do not wish to be on my mailing list, please send me a quick email through the "contact" form on this website.
How do I place my order?
You may place your order through the "contact" page. Send me the name of the wreath that you are interested in, or if you would like to place a custom order, please fill out the survey form. By filling out the survey, this will give me an idea of what you want your wreath or centerpiece to look like. After I have received your order, I will then start looking for the right material and embellishments to design your wreath. I will send you an invoice with the total amount. You will have 24-48 hours to confirm your order. Upon confirmation e-mail and a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost, I will start designing your wreath or centerpiece. When I have completed your design, I will send you a picture of your wreath. Before I ship your order, you will need to pay the balance due. I only use Paypal and will give you my e-mail address for you to use. You do not have to have an account with Paypal.
Do you offer FREE shipping and if so, what are the costs?
I do offer free shipping with any order over $50.00. Any orders less than $50.00, I charge a flat rate fee of $14.99 to ship within the continental United States.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders will ship 1 week after the order has been placed. For custom orders, please allow an additional 3-4 days to go buy the fabric and embellishments. Upon completion of your wreath, you will need to submit the remaining amount before your wreath is shipped.
How do I care for my wreath or centerpiece?
Since the wreaths are being shipped to you in a box, you may need to fluff the bow a little. Each wreath is designed for indoor use or sheltered outdoor use. As with any wreath, when it is exposed to snow, wind, rain or sun, it will eventually fade. I suggest when extreme weather is approaching, you bring your wreath inside so you can save it from any damage it may incur. I hang my wreaths between the storm door and the front door. This saves it from being ruined with the rain.
